With an increasing workload and room to grow, we are beginning to look for an additional Recruiting Associate to join our team. In addition, we are looking for part time summer interns to join us in the roles of Social Marketing Intern and Web Development Intern. The expanded team will allow our team to better serve our partners and the community. staffmagnet, LLC officially launched in October 2007 with three partners. Since then, our list of partners has grown to six: Webs.com, Razoo, Positive Energy USA, Lotame, CustomInk.com, and CrossMine. We are proud to be able to help them to build their organizations.
making employers talent magnets

staffmagnet, LLC’s mission is to help companies to succeed through hiring the best and brightest talent, but doesn’t mean that we fill the job and then move on. We recently helped Webs.com and Razoo.com fill all of their job openings. After these jobs were filled, with people that were not found using job boards, our real work begins.
And by real work I mean helping them to become talent magnets. In doing this we have to break the myth that HR is an operation designed to manage human resources and that recruiting means head hunting. This involves assessing the organization’s employer brand strengths, weaknesses, and other factors that determine whether the communities that they would like to hire from are going to choose to pursue them when they are looking for a challenge.
The reality is that what we do isn’t magic. It often includes many of the same things that organizations could do on their own. Truth be told, there are a lot of larger organizations that do many of the things that we do on their own. The difference is that we step in and supplement our partner’s already successful efforts and help catapult them to the next level through our proprietary practices, coaching and community insight.
